Telephone Use Policy
 

The telephone at the Circulation Desk is for library business, but may be used at the staff's discretion, for emergencies.  It is recommended that the staff member on duty make the call and explain the nature of the emergency.

The public should be tactfully discouraged from calling the library to locate family members or friends, except in case of emergency.  The telephone is for reference and other library business use.
