Weekly Events/Weekly Drawings (gift cards/coupons, etc.-10 winners each week) Must attend weekly event to win.  Number of tickets earned for each drawing based on number of minutes read per age group:

• 3 – 5 year olds 1 ticket for every 5 minutes read that week
• 6 – 8 year olds 1 ticket for every 10 minutes read that week
• 9 – 11 year olds 1 ticket for every 15 minutes read that week
• 12 and up 1 ticket for every 20 minutes read that week

Please indicate how many and which events you and your family will attend then return this form to the Dormann Library by June 28 where you can pick up your Reading Log and a Calendar of Events.

#__________ plan to attend Thursday, July 29 - Merry Mischief Pirate Show – pirate cake/come dressed as a pirate.

#__________ plan to attend Friday, August 6 - decorate your own cupcakes/make flubber.

#__________ plan to attend Tuesday, August 10 - Bruce Weaver Puppets/Certificates.

#__________ plan to attend Friday August 13 - ice cream social/Final Prize Winners.

Movie Matinees will be held at 1:30pm in the Empire Room on:
